25-year-old Iowa woman dies in blaze

DECORAH, Iowa (AP) - Authorities have identified a 25-year-old northeastern Iowa woman who died in an electrical home fire.

Fire officials in Decorah said Saturday that Chelsea Hart died early Friday in the blaze. Officials say the fire started because of an electrical power failure.

Decorah firefighters responded to an upstairs apartment fire in the city's downtown business district. A police report says the fire was put out within 30 minutes.
